Job Description
- Developing, building, or testing new products, processes, or procedure
- Control of conforming and non-conforming products.
- To assist QA Manager to handle customer complaint and information & audit.
- To develop effective quality control processes.
- Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviation from quality standards
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirement
- Ensures that the quality standards set by the customer are met
- Plans and implements methods to continually improves the quality of products
- Other task assign by the superior.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Engineering- Chemical, or equivalent from recognized university.
- Minimum 1-3-year experience in Quality Control
- Ability to handle customer complaint
- Able to travel (Oversea) to attend customer meeting regarding complaint and inquiry.
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Result oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skill
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good in report writing skill
- Knowledge in Japanese language will be added advantage
