Job Description
1. Creating or Inculcating awareness of quality and food/feed safety system.
2. Chairing for customer complaints and monitor completion of corrective actions as per target for. respective business areas.
3. Verification corrective actions implementation its effectiveness
4. To drive for improvement within QA department for efficiency on the execution of job.
5. To be well equipped with proper knowledge and skills on structured root cause analysis to establish effective response for any non-conformance
6. Assist with customer questionnaire; customer and third-party audit.
- Candidates must possess Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Science or equivalent
- Min 3 years experiences (Technical knowledge, CAPA handling, non-conformance investigation and documentation)
- Mature - preferable age of 30 years and above.
- Advantage working experience in food industry
- Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and less supervised
