Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving issues related to product performance and functionality.
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation.
Conduct training sessions for clients, educating them on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, logs, and documentation of issues and resolutions.
Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Travel frequently to Thailand to engage with clients, conduct site visits, and support business expansion efforts.
