A leading medical equipment company is seeking a strong calibre and sales driven person to join their team. You will play a crucial role in leading global growth strategy by exploring new business opportunities in the retail industry / B2B model in international markets.
Main responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Executive role:

Develop market entry plans, establish partnerships, and cultivate connections to increase revenue and brand awareness worldwide.

Identify and examine potential franchise opportunities, as well as implement extensive business strategies and financial models to evaluate franchise locations’ feasibility.

Manage the whole franchise recruiting procedure from generating leads to signing contracts, and plan initiatives to expand the franchise/b2b network.

Assess franchisee/b2b performance and brand compliance and provide assistance and guidance when necessary.

Conduct routine site visits and inspections to review franchises operations and track their financial performance.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.

Min 5 years’ experience in international business development/Franchise development.

Proven track record of expanding market presence, forging partnerships, and achieving revenue targets in global markets.

Excellent analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
-
Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
