A leading fashion retail company in Malaysia is looking for fashion buyers to join their team.
Main responsibilities of the Fashion Buyer role:
- Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends through conducting market surveys, to anticipate product needs.
- Plan and develop product ranges that balances customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
- Design apparel, artworks, determining fabrication and accessories, choosing colours and confirming lab-dips.
- Manage sampling process including confirming samples and bulk accessories, price negotiation with suppliers, and placing of orders.
- Distribution of merchandisers to stores, and QC Inspection.
Job Requirements:
- 1 - 5 years related work experience in Fashion industry
- Ability to speak/write in Mandarin to liaise with overseas suppliers
- Possess own transport
