JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR business partnership and solutions to South East Asia team with focus on organization and talent health, build associate engagement to enable business success
- Closely work with key stakeholders to ensure overall effectiveness of people-related metrics and HR operations
- HR Strategy implementation – to lead the SEA HR team to implement the HR Strategy:
o Workforce Planning
o People Development
o Employee Engagement
o HR Functional Excellence
o Inclusion & Diversity
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in any field
- 10 years working in HR field
- Experience working in manufacturing industry
- Able to speak English, Malay and Mandarin
- Willing to work at Klang, Selangor.
