Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise for IT and application infrastructure, as well as related services according to established technical standards
- Provide technical input, solutions and recommendations. Monitors service delivery compliance to budget, quality standards and end-user requirements
- Manages the technical/service relationship between company, end-user and vendors
- Works with key customers representatives to retain customers and build business
- ITO service delivery generally be done remotely in company facility but may be performed at customer’s location when required
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience
- Entry-level or intermediate-level certificate in IT work field is added advantage
- Fresh graduate, industry player keen to venture into IT are welcome
- Business Level Japanese
