JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Performing talent sourcing and manage the entire recruiting cycle for corporate SEA Office.
- Drive and manage the entire recruiting cycle for office hiring.
- Drafting & publishing attractive job advertisement and managing responses.
- Administer recruitment documentation, reports, and statistics for analysis.
- Support the execution of internship program and other recruitment platforms.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by line Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of working experiences in retail industry.
- Energetic, with a high sense of initiative, and high ability to work independently, deal with multiple tasks, tight timelines and prioritise.
- Practical in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition and strong level of communication, verbally and written.
- Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
