JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, develop and implement Sales, Education and Training programs for the organization.
- Manage the development, implementation and maintenance of training and education modules as well as analysis of developments and trends in the field of education training.
- Create the marketing tools to support the training.
- Communicate with management, trainers, leaders, and distributors to ensure that all needs are met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of working experience, preferably with training background in direct selling industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written ability as there is a need to work with stakeholders in China.
- Highly adaptable to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must be willing to work abroad / relocate to other countries.
