Job Responsibility:
- Billing management, Purchase management
- Lead the team and provide hands-on support to execute the billing operations
- Build trust with customers and their requirements well
- Facilitate the interdepartmental/intercompany discussion to solve pricing issues
- Lead the team and provide hands-on support to perform cost verification and analysis
- Build trust with suppliers and understand their pricing and services
- Facilitate the interdepartmental/intercompany discussion to solve pricing issues
- Plan and develop improvement plan on work process with new technologies, and lead the process change initiatives
- Provide monthly report to accounting team
- Report key issues to finance manager
Job Requirement
- Eager to learn new things
- Independent and responsible
- Good command in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge in accounting is a plus
- Experience in system implementation is a plus
