JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply to the facilities through management of maintenance programmes
- Ensure compliances to regulatory requirement on a periodic or one-off basis
- Managing facilities support to materialized new businesses
- To drive facilities cost saving initiative, green initiative & facilities improvement programmes
- Support company safety programme in all facilities related work
- Maintain good housekeeping practise at internal & external building
- Budget preparation for all Subsidiaries related to facilities matters.
- Maintain good documentation practise of records, contracts, job sheets and etc
- Plans and executes activities and resources in support of delivery, quality and cost
- Actively measures and analyses KPI and overall equipment energy efficiency
- To evaluate and analyse the energy usage at each sites
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in facilities field
- Strong leadership and people mangemetn skills
