JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Increase market sharing in all Sales channel.

Develop the program of increasing market sharing to the leading position in the industry.

Maintain the customer relationship with customers.

Execute the annual sales plan and achieve the sales goal and margin.

Frequent communication with the Headquarters for sales achievement status and adjust sales strategy.

In charge of local trade show(s).

To cooperate with Global Marketing function to develop local annul marketing plan and execute to promote company image.

Provide the best after service to customers.
-
Improve and manage the after service daily job.
-
Cooperate with Customer Service Department of the Headquarters in any customer service project to enhance customer service function.
-
To have a close linkage with factory side and solve quality issue timely.
-
Administrative duties including development of KPI’s for staff, managing objectives and deliverables, annual performance review and frequent staff meetings to ensure timely communication.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
10 years of sales channel and sales management experience in the hospitality or sports industry.
-
5 or more years of responsibility of P&L.
-
Has a basic understanding of margin management, expense control, sales order processes, supply chain management and logistics.
