JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Involved with recruitment, training, career development,compensation and benefits, employee relations, industrial relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancies etc
Carry out recruitment activities, arranging interviews for hiring managers
Conduct orientation
Preparation of HR related letters/memo
Responsible for payroll, EFP and Socso calculation
Renewal of business licenses, expatriate visa application & etc
Maintenance of office equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum ten (10) years working experiences in the same field
Good communication skills
Well verse with local labor laws & statutory requirements
Able to work independently
