JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver maximum product availability in the category ensuing healthy inventory level.

  • Work closely with customer / vendor operations personnel on strategies to reduce delivery cost, lead time and optimize DOH.

  • Maximize order fulfilment & fill rates through demand planning.

  • Explore, evaluate and implement fulfilment strategies like vendor flex, direct fulfilment, cross dock, drop shipping, marketplace resellers etc with a goal to minimize costs and drive profitability.

  • Identify selection gaps and plan product shipments to ensure that the entire selection from the planned lines are available across marketplaces.

  • Maintain customer level product master for all customers.

  • Manage inventory health, open-to-buy, item-level forecasting, and assortment planning.

  • Responsible for timely product cost uploads, shipment notifications, product replenishments, manual PO recommendations, etc.

  • Optimize inventory - reduce out of stock while reducing unhealthy & unsellable inventory.

  • Ensure seamless inbounding of the shipments at the customer FC’s with minimal rejection.

  • Monitor shipments and resolve the discrepancies related to shortages, quantity variances.

  • Oversee PO processing and manage shipment delivery schedules across all customers.

  • Work closely with the KAM’s and customer operations teams to plan inventory requirements for campaigns, launches & promotions on customer platforms.

  • Support the local Demand Forecasting Team for effective Demand Planning for the eCommerce Channel.

  • Propose liquidation/clearance products basis inventory ageing status.

  • Track and manage customer returns and work with local operations and finance teams to conduct quarterly reconciliations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Commerce or equivalent.

  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Experience of setting up processes from scratch.

  • Ability to interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to influence a wide network of teams through excellent planning, process and communication.

  • Understanding on P&L and profitability.

  • Experience of working in multi-discipline and remote teams.
