- Handling incoming complaints or inquiries from customer through call and email.
- Doing translation of complain report, documentation from English to Japanese and vice versa.
- Liaise/Follow up with the Japan site or Production site whether further clarification is needed.
- Degree in Chemistry/Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or any other related field.
- 2-3 years Quality experience and pharmaceutical background is added advantage.
- Good with analytical and communication skill, well verse in ISO Management systems.
- Able to converse in Japanese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (read & write).
