JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To develop business and action plans to achieve goals & objectives
- To implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Performance Management inclusive of progressive development or improvement plans
- Look for new customer for expend sales to meet management target and budget
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Follow up with customer complaints and product claims
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent
- Possess project management, problem solving & good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Must able to communicate in Japanese (Business Level)
