JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer management team, production planning team, material planning team, shipping team and warehouse team and logistic engineering and new project logistic activities

  • To develop and to implement new packaging solutions according to Logistic and Production needs

  • To elaborate with Quality and Production Supervisors the best designed packaging layout in order to ensure the quality and integrity of the end product and to reduce the amount of scraps

  • Knowledge, development and implementation of transport and distribution procedures in order to optimize resources, to priorities spending, and to achieve volume, timeliness, reliability, and safety standards

  • Responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material

  • Analyze opportunities for savings and improvements, shipment frequencies & issues, claims issues and customer/supplier routing efficiencies

  • Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics department at managerial position

  • Mandatory compliance knowledge in laws and regulations regarding transportation, including hazardous materials;

  • Possess strong leadership skills but with influential personality, people management, leadership

  • Good experience in term of budget and control and able to put resource on the key actives

  • Knows well about planning logic from customer demand to material planning, better with such experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced multiple tasking environments
