JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, plan and develope of new housing and commercial development.
- Reviewing and monitoring existing planning policy documents.
- Coordinate with other parties to discuss about the design and technical issues.
- Coordination with Consultants on submission and approval of Development Plans (KM), Building Plans and necessary authority approvals.
- Producing planning submissions, appeals, design and access statements and other documents.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- At least minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the property development industry.
- Good analytical skills.
- Possess technical knowledge in Town Planning and Building-by-law.
