JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To manage, monitor to ensure production department  runs accordingly to schedule, time and output to maximum capacity with good quality.
  • Set production objectives and implement action plans for achieving set target. - Conduct forecast to identify potential risks and contingencies in a proposed project.
  • Develops manufacturing plans and maintains production schedules, assurance and quality control, safety and cost standards towards achieving department's objectives.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations.
  • Develop metrics to drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
  • Address manufacturing challenges by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Manage resources and provide status information and feedback to internal customers and managers.
  • Prepare periodic reports to update management on  production objectives.
  • Determine quality control standards. Planning and organizing product schedules.
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
  • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

  •  At least 10 year(s) of working experience in automotive industry is required for this position. Preferably from MNC.

  • Teamwork and able to handle work in a fast pace environment.

  • Solid background in mechanical assembly. Attention to detail, with the adaptability to handle multiple competing priorities on short deadlines.

  • Knowledge in process control and adequate supervisory skills.

  • Experience in managing a group of production staff.

  • Good knowledge of components, costs, CBOM structure, RFQ processes, etc

  • Good communications skills.
