JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

To take on leading role in New Product Introduction projects focusing on commercial and customer management aspect

To participate in RFQ stage as well as actively involved with customers on quotations, price feedback and price negotiations

To coordinate with manufacturing transfer projects from overseas at full scope

To optimize project development activities for client accounts

To collaborate with inter-departments (NPI, Program, Testing, Engineering depts etc.) to ensure customer deliverables are achieved (quality, technical support, cost, delivery etc.)

To provide technical support to costing department to enhance services to customers at competitive cost

To mediate effectively for Early Supplier Involvement programs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Engineering), Technology Management, Electronic Engineering. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in project management and new product introduction in Electronics Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry
- Strong knowledge on electronics manufacturing industry including Molding, SMT, PCB and Box Built is an advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
- Well versed in MS Project, MS Excel and AutoCAD
