Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing strategies to achieve target and reach target market share
  • Coordinate daily order, dispatch operations and other activity progress (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
  • Track the progress of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
  • Monitor and maintain distributor inventory through sales person in charge of each distributor
  • Evaluate employee performance and identify OJT of Off JT training needs
  • Supervise, monitor and motivate staff to perform their best and achieve targets
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Staff
  • Project campaign allocation with allocated budgets and resources and monitor progress
  • Communicate with distributor and their customer and evaluate their needs
  • Analyse market changes and competitor activity to adjust product strategy
  • Handle issues that arises from sales activities and delivery of product
  • Survey and research the market through market visit and other information to realign our strategy
  • Prepare weekly report to inform sale, distributor status, market situation and competitor activities.
  • Prepare other reports as required
  • Compiling analysis and prepare presentation for meetings
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure FG store is functioning appropriately and according to SOP
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
  • Set an example for our staff as the role model of management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing or similar position
  • Experience and skilled with sales team and key account management
  • Familiarity and experience in Automotive Industry would be an added advantage
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyse reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work during weekend to support marketing activities
  • Higher or Advanced in Business or relevant field; BSc/BA is a plus
