JOB DESCRIPTION
- Our client is a well known local flour mill based in Johor.
- They are seeking for a Sales Executive who is proactive and result driven to join their team.

- Location : Johor Bahru
- Responsible for all sales activities in the areas assigned and to accomplish sales targets set.
- Responsible for leading and managing a retail thrift store ensuring all operations are consistent with companies policies.
- To develop and formulated the development of business opportunities and sales plan
- Prepare, plan and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Maintain and build excellent business relationship with customers
- To develop and implement effective sales strategies and responsible to lead the sales department to achieve the yearly sales target set and profit forecast;
- Leading the sales in market research, programs, implementation and all relevant reporting
- Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of business plan, especially in managing the activities for achieving company’s sales target
- Canvassing and delivery of customer orders to maintain and develop F&B customers, bakeries and cake houses to achieve monthly sales target
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess a minimum of SPM / Diploma or its equivalent
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in food industry
- Experience in flour industry would be an added advantage
- Must possess own transportation and valid driving license.
- Language required : English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
