Job Responsibilities
- To ensure company policies and procedures being implemented and executed thoroughly.
- Handling overall spectrum of HR/Admin and company legal obligations in total scope.
- To manage overall recruitment and orientation process.
To handle disciplinary related matters and act as Prosecutor for Domestic Inquiry of the company. - To establish and update the new policy including the revision of Company Handbook and EICC policy management. (EICC - Management Representative).
- Liaise with MEF and FMM on administer the HR related polices and legal matter
- Appraisal management system including market survey etc.
- To administer overall Training System including the establishment and monitoring of TNI/TNA, target and objectives, OJT and results.
- Liaise with Government Agencies (MPPG, BOMBA, JKKP, NIOSH, DOSH, DOE, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF, Pharmacy, Immigration Dept., LHDN, and AELB etc. to ensure total compliance.
- Handling expatriate welfare and its related legal requirements including the needs.
- To assist the top management on any projects implementation by liaising with the related government concern and process.
- To handle general purchasing process and liaise with vendor.
- To manage, supervise and monitor subordinates pertaining to Administrative function including uniforms, canteen, security, gardener and other related facilities such as function rooms, company vehicles,
Closely liaise with IT vendor & HQ on administer the overall IT equipment, system, hardware and software including general troubleshooting.
Job Requirements
- Thorough understanding & well verse of the best HR practices in Manufacturing industries.
- Understand the HR legal obligations i.e Employment Act 1955, Industrial Act 1969, EPF Act, SOCSO Act etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.Familiar with recruitment procedures for all type of workers (local, foreigner, contract base etc) by liaise with JTK and Recruitment agencies.
- Excellent in managing foreign workers and familiar with the overall application procedure to the authority i.e. Immigration, KHEDN, Embassy etc.
