JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare for invoice and purchase order
- Handle production planning and coordinate production workflow
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Prepare and submit status and sales report
- Plan for delivery schedule based on production schedule
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a Degree in any field
- Preferably with working experience in sales background and customer service industry
- Able to converse in Chinese, English and Malay and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
