JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate journal vouchers, process payments, manage collections, review sales and purchase documents, and handle commission-related paperwork, among other tasks.
  • Create monthly/quarterly reports, reconcile bank statements, update the fixed assets register, and facilitate monthly account closures.
  • Offer guidance to business division accounting and finance teams on matters such as foreign exchange and loan drawdown.
  • Undertake additional or ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by superiors as needed.
 
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or possession of a professional certificate like ACCA or its equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical capabilities, the ability to work independently, and meet deadlines.
