JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall in-charge of boutique operations and all activities within the boutique.
• Drive sales profit and achieve sales targets.
• Build relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service experience.
• Ensure stocks accuracy and availability.
• Manage and coach a team of retail consultants.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position in luxury retail industry.
• Strong business mindset with proven leadership and people management skills
• Independent, self-driven, and sales oriented.
• Pleasant personality, excellent communications skills and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
