JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategic operational programs/initiatives, such as ISO9001 and ISO45001, across departments under the guidance of the Management Leader.
- Ensure program quality, adoption, and compliance throughout the process.
- Regularly report the overall program status to management.
- Understand users' business needs, set up, configure, and maintain business applications to meet operational requirements.
- Evaluate and drive improvements in business processes using systems as enablers.
- Conduct end-user training as necessary.
- Evaluate and provide guidance on enhancing data quality, ensuring consistency and integrity across functional teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, develop new solutions, and resolve complex data issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to generate reports from various sources, including the Field Service management system.
- Drive and coordinate metrics for Monthly Business Reviews.
- Establish governance and operational working practices for the program.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Application Support.
- Knowledge and experience in supporting technical Field Service Management systems or similar applications is an added advantage.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Strong drive to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Solid understanding of the business side of technology, coupled with a passion for metrics and analysis to achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, actively listening and effectively responding to feedback from global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while exhibiting excellent judgment.
