An established shared service industry company located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a skilled talent with proficiency in Vietnamese and experience in purchasing and procurement. You will play a crucial role in assisting the business/projects with the management of deliverables on timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and implement the procurement-to-payment process while adhering to global, regional, and local protocols and policies.
- Identify and address internal demands, managing non-catalog requests.
- Promote and encourage the utilization of the procurement catalog.
- Foster positive relationships with both suppliers and internal customers.
- Supervise or participate in purchasing support functions, such as Helpdesk activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in written and spoken Vietnamese and English, as there is a need to work with vendors in Vietnam.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Basic negotiating skills and practical purchasing experience.
- Solid understanding of purchasing practices and buying procedures.
- Exposure to working in SAP and/or Oracle system environments.
