Job Description
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of retail mall construction projects. You will play a critical role in coordinating various teams, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle. Your role encompasses:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the entire construction project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Specialization in Retail Mall Construction: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of retail mall construction, specifically focusing on mechanical and electrical systems, to drive informed decision-making and problem-solving.
FastTrack Construction Expertise: Successfully manage fast-track construction projects, demonstrating the ability to handle time sensitive tasks without compromising quality or safety.
Attention to Detail: Oversee architects, structural engineers, and mechanical teams, meticulously reviewing and approving plans, drawings, and specifications to guarantee precision in all construction aspects.
Collaboration: Foster effective cross functional collaboration by liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Quality Assurance: Uphold the company's commitment to delivering high-quality projects by conducting regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Clear Communication: Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate transparent communication across all levels of the project team and with external partners.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and UpToDate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, schedules, change orders, and other relevant records.
Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on retail mall construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in fast-track construction methodologies and the ability to maintain attention to detail under tight timelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a history of motivating teams and driving project success.
- Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar are advantageous.
- Experience in evaluating facilities’ operation and maintenance plan.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects / properties.
- Oversee everything that relates to residential or commercial construction work. Tasks may range from planning to delivery of finished landed or high-rise properties.
