Job Description:
Handle clients' enquiries to understand their business needs, target customers, and marketing goals.
Build strong client relationships and work closely with them to solve business challenges.
Turn client needs into clear briefs for creative and production teams.
Prepare proposals by gathering ideas from the team and supporting them with data.
Present marketing ideas and plans clearly to clients.
Manage digital marketing projects such as websites, social media, creative work, and online advertising with internal teams.
Monitor project budgets, revenue, and profitability.
Handle quotations, billing, schedules, and other project administration.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels such as search, social media, and online advertising.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for client presentations and internal discussions.
