Job Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage all compensation data for global regions, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and variable pay components
  • Manage the global annual merit process, including data verification, consolidation, analysis, and reporting, and work with HR Leaders to ensure a smooth process
  • Assess jobs and determine appropriate salary range based on duties, responsibilities, scope, and skills, and prepare and maintain job classifications and salary scales
  • Research compensation in similar industries, recommend changes to existing policies based on findings, and support all global Compensation initiatives and projects
  • Gather data from market-based compensation surveys and analyze results and market trends using spreadsheet and data analysis techniques
  • Benchmark jobs against internal tools, survey data, and market intelligence to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position
  • Produce, manage, analyze, and present reports on compensation and headcounts for global regions

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Compensation Analyst
  • Knowledge and experience in total rewards programs, focusing on compensation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficient in using HRIS platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Workday
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and proficient in working with large datasets
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to distill complex data into concise and action-oriented insights
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in a global, cross-cultural environment with good communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands with exceptional organizational skills
  • Solid track record of collaboration with stakeholders, a pro-active and adaptable self-starter with integrity to handle confidential matters, and able to work well independently as well as within a team.
