JOB DESCRIPTION

Our clients are an Australian multinational currently seeking a dedicated Customer Fulfilment Specialist to manage and streamline the order processing and fulfilment operations. This role is based in Klang, and involves coordinating orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales and logistics functions to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products for the Malaysian and Australian markets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and process orders from customers and accurately enter these orders into the Netsuite system and ensure they are directed to the appropriate teams for action.
  • Handle customer inquiries and service calls, directing them to relevant teams to resolve issues and provide timely support.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation for both local and export shipments. 
  • Generate and provide ad-hoc sales reports as needed.
  • Work with logistics teams to organize shipments and ensure timely delivery. 
  • Support local sales teams with budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Adapt to working across Malaysia/Australian time zones and public holidays to accommodate global operations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years’ experience in order fulfilment, logistics, supply chain management or sales administration.
  • Experience in preparing shipping documents both export and domestic
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with order management systems (e.g., Netsuite). 
  • Excellent communication skills, in English both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in PC and internet applications, including MS Office and Netsuite
  • Ability to work across different time zones and handle varying work schedules, including public holidays for both the Malaysian and Australian markets.
