RESPONSIBILITIES 
Handle all customer inquiries/complaints in specific language markets through online chat, social media, and other communication tools.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers via phone/chat tools.
Address product-related inquiries, complaints, or any issues related to the product through email or online channels, following company guidelines.
Understand customer issues and provide the most suitable solutions.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Responsible, reliable, and of good moral character.
Able to work both in a team and independently.
Capable of handling pressure while maintaining interpersonal and service desk communication skills.
May be assigned additional duties.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Fluent in spoken and written Chinese. 
Willing to relocate to work in Manila, Philippines.
