Customer Service Executive (Outdoor)
A leading global company of innovative semiconductor production equipment is looking for outgoing and engaging talent to be part of their expanding team in Penang.
Job Responsibilities
- Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers’ contacts
- Update order information into the ERP System
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders
- Manage customer site visit to understand about the requirement and to build rapport
- Determine material’s requirements from engineering and production schedules
- Serve as liaison between sales and operations teams to provide data analysis for inventory planning; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales/ Outdoor Sales or Program
- Meticulous, resourceful and possess good communication skills in English
- Able to travel within and outside of Malaysia
