A manufacturing company specialising in paint and coatings is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities of the Sales Support Officer role:
Order Management:
Enter order promptly and accurately
Response to the customer in writing and state goods arrival time
Communicate to sales / customer should there be any issue with order
Follow up on delivery status and tracking on outstanding orders
Handling of invoices and credit note to the customer on weekly basis
In-door Sales Support
Communicating courteously with technicians and sales representative
Handling non-stock inventory, sample orders, and ppe for technicians
Complaint Handling:
Analyzing the situation, compiling related documents and login in complaint in the system
Follow up on complaint and provide solution and corrective action to the customer based on findings and conclusion provided by pic
Arrange for return and replacement
Document Management:
Update and keep documents in time to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the documents
Classify the documents and file according to guideline given
Key Requirements:
Minimum diploma holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience.
Bilingual (Mandarin and English) speaking and writing abilities.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office.
Able to handle large volumes of business transactions effectively.
Knowledge in shipping regulations and documents (domestic and export).
