Job Responsibilities
Manage all production activities, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing operations to achieve cost efficiency, uphold quality standards, and ensure timely product delivery.
Providing strategic leadership and direction to the operations team, develop and implement operational policies and procedures, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Coordinate with the planning and logistics departments to ensure smooth workflow and inventory management
Implement lean manufacturing principles and lead initiatives to reduce waste/cost, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency
Promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety audits and implementing corrective actions
Responsible to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team
Driving staff training & development program
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or other related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the equipment fabrication or surface treatment industry (where applicable).
Strategic thinker with a strong background in equipment fabrication or surface treatment (where applicable), production management, and process improvement.
Proven experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles and other process improvement methodologies.
Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
Mandarin speakers are highly valued for daily communication with counterparts in China.
