Job Responsibilities
Oversee HSE policies, procedures, and compliance with local regulations (OSHA, DOSH, DOE)
Develop and implement environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives
- Manage environmental compliance, waste handling, and pollution control
Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and promote a strong safety culture
Review contractor HSE plans and monitor on-site safety execution
Job Requirements
Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
A Competent Environmental Health Officer certified by DOE
Minimum 5 years of HSE management within industrial or chemical processing environments
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, risk management, and sustainability practices.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, ISO 45001/14001 standards, incident investigation, and HIRARC
Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
