Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot machine issues to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.
Improve existing production processes while minimizing operational costs.
Ensure preventive maintenance activities are well‑planned and effectively executed.
Conduct in‑process checks to maintain product consistency and quality.
Calculate production costs, identify cost‑reduction opportunities, and reduce reject rates.
Determine production lead times and implement improvement strategies for efficiency.
Understand, analyze, and optimize machine test parameters to ensure accurate testing and stable production performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven hands‑on experience in a production or process engineering role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to calculate and manage production costs and lead time.
Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with machine suppliers from China and maintenance teams.
Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, machinery operations, and troubleshooting methods.
Able to train and guide machine operators on correct processes and best practices.
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of driving process improvements with minimal supervision.
