JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Integration and Optimization: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, integrate, and optimize manufacturing processes, alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
Implement best practices and methodologies
to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and environmental sustainability.
Equipment Selection and Design: Evaluate, select, and design manufacturing equipment and
tooling, taking into consideration specific requirements related to motor production.
Collaborate with equipment suppliers to ensure the chosen equipment meets industry standards and
production needs.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
across manufacturing processes, equipment efficiency, and environmental performance.
Implement sustainable solutions that contribute to operational excellence
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering, with a significant focus on process integration, equipment design, and motor-related
processes.
In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards, and experience implementing processes in accordance with these standards.
