Company Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to lead the finance operations and ensure the company’s financial health, accuracy, and compliance. This role oversees day‑to‑day financial activities, manages the finance team, and supports strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financial operations and lead the finance team to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Review payment budgets, payment vouchers, and journal vouchers for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare Group Financial Statements, including consolidation and reporting packages.
- Analyze financial and non-financial results, investigate variances, and ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Liaise with bankers, company secretary, Inland Revenue Board (IRB), external auditors, and tax agents to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Update, maintain, and improve the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in audit and/or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Prior managerial experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
