JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Manage the company’s accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Consolidate financial data across group entities, including elimination of intercompany transactions and oversight of cash flow, investments, and debt financing.
Lead the preparation and analysis of management reports, ensuring timely submission of monthly and quarterly financials to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure full tax compliance including SST submissions, corporate tax, withholding tax etc
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and undertake ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or be a member of MIA.
Minimum 8–10 years of managerial experience, with a proven track record in leading and developing finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Willing to work in Shah Alam and handle cross-functional responsibilities as required by management
