JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Lease documentation and funding package production for APAC region which include the
- relevant forms, pricing calculation etc.
- Filing of funding documents and calculation.
- Arrange funding within 5 days after completed and stamped lease documents.
- Submit new funding applications for new and ongoing opportunities.
- Track and manage of funders’ approvals for the APAC region, the expiration date and apply
- for extensions or new approval whenever necessary.
- Review and follow up on unfunded leases status with Operations on weekly basis.
- Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly funding and credit reports.
- Update funding information in the systems.
- Regular monthly meetings/calls with funders about ongoing funding.
- Carry out any other tasks that will, from time to time, be allocated by the Director of Credit.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferable with bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Management / Accounting or related field
- Minimum of two years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of credit assessment/management or related field is an added advantage
