A retail company in Malaysia is looking for an Operations Manager to be part of their team. You will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of company operations including strategic business planning, SOP improvements and financial analysis.
Main responsibilities of the Head of Operations role:
- Oversee all aspects of the business operations and implement operational improvements to drive greater efficiency. 
- Analyse, refine and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure they remain relevant, sustainable, and impactful. 
- Tackle unforeseen challenges with immediate actions and come up with long-term strategies to mitigate future risks. 
- Evaluate and monitor financial performance to ensure that operational adjustments and SOP implementations align with and support the company’s financial goals. 
- Make strategic decisions that balance cost-efficiency with operational effectiveness, targeting for overall financial health and growth. 
 
Job Requirements:
- MALAYSIAN ONLY. 
- Hold a bachelor's degree or above. 
- Min 5 years of experience in operational leadership within the retail or service industries, overseeing multiple outlets. 
- Strong leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities. 
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, proven by a history of effective operational enhancement. 
- Profound financial insight, adept in budget management, cost efficiency strategies, and financial analysis.
