A leading healthcare and beauty company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to expand the market outreach of their new skincare brand and direct activities of the sales department to achieve strategic business objectives.
Main Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Director role:
Develop retail sales plan, ranking objectives, sales forecasts, monitor resources and budget allocation.
Plan and develop advertisements to accomplish marketing and sales objectives.
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalising on market opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts by making periodic visits.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives to maximise profitability.
Analyse and report sales and financial performances.
Key Requirements:
Possess at least a Diploma and above.
Minimum 8 years of sales and marketing experience.
At least 5 years in management positions.
Experienced in the skincare industry.
Has experience in key account management.
