ABOUT THE JOB
Responsible to HR matters for 2 countries. Ensure smooth HR operations within the organization. Reporting to local MD.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, set goals, and administer performance appraisals. HR managers may also develop strategies for employee development and career progression.
Identifying training needs within the organization and coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and employee benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. HR managers may also conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
staying up-to-date on labor laws, conducting audits, and providing guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Human Resources Management.
At least 8 years of hands on HR generalist experience (recruitment, performance management, C&B, learning & development, payroll, personal income tax, labour law etc.).
Experience working in multinational companies.
Good knowledge of local labour law.
Good communications skills.
