A newly established glass packaging company in Kedah is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its pioneer team and play a key role in setting up HR operations for the new manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with company goals.
Establish recruitment processes for building the initial workforce.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments during the startup phase.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.Create a positive work culture and handle employee relations issues effectively.
Design onboarding programs for new hires.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company standards.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Implement performance management systems.
Plan training and development programs to upskill employees.Develop competitive salary structures and benefits packages.
Manage payroll and related HR administration.
