JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure smooth operation in HR Department
Identify staffing needs and recruitment activity
Develop and implement HR policies
Handling staff welfare and benefits
Conduct training
Liaise with related parties/HODs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Familiar with Malaysia HR acts/ laws
Familiar with up-to-date Employment Act, IR, EPF and Socso
Willing to work at Jeram, Selangor.
