JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide HR advice to line managers and manage complex workplace people issues including grievances, coaching and guidance on all employee related matters, performance management and disciplinary matters to build a harmonious, productive and positive working environment.
- Manage the HR/ Training & Development budget within company guidelines.
- Develop training and development programs
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management to ensure compliance and adherence to policy and procedures that will result in operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Assist in performance management processes
- Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) will be advantage
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal & communication skill
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude, possess initiative and be able to work independently
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Proficient in both written and spoken languages, English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
