JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes and scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation completed.
- Coordinate orientation session.
- Assist in employee appointment, confirmation and exit process.
- Assist in application for employment pass/ dependent pass/ social visit pass matters.
- Assist in conducting market survey and benchmarking exercise.
- Assist in handling routine employee inquiries and supporting employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in reviewing, updating and implementing the HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Preparing HR related documents including letters and contracts.
- Assist in company events such as the CRS, Annual Dinner, Company trip and etc.
- Performing special assignments and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in handling full spectrum of HR.
- Exposure working in professional services firm is an added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous and high integrity in confidential matters and non-disclosure.
