JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To identify, customize and deliver effective training solutions.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of training.
- Organize and coordinate Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the company.
- Ensure all training documentation are done accordingly such as training claim (HRDF) training records and etc.
- Ensure yearly training been monitor monthly, include completion, Training Effectiveness Evaluation (TEE) according to key performance indicators (KPI).
- Providing employees with adequate training and necessary resources relevant to safety and health.
- Assist in the development and promotion of safety and health rules and safe systems of work such as SOP and etc.
Coordinate for Employee Relations programs such as CSR and etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in training and development, preferably from manufacturing industry.
- Good to have knowledge in legal requirement on HRM (Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and etc).
Experience in ISO standards will be an added advantage.
